Returns / Refund Policy

If there are any concerns with your purchase, then you are welcome to return it within 7 days for a Sparrows Credit. With this credit you can purchase something else from our store. The credit amount will be less any shipping paid with your order and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. You can use this credit towards any item at Sparrows except Gift Cards. There will be no cash refunds given.

We recommend sending your item via NZ Post with tracking to ensure it arrives in time and doesn't get lost in the post. Please email us to let us know to look out for your return.
